Terms & Conditions
All catering orders must be received, confirmed, and finalized by 12:00 PM the business day prior to your event.
Orders for Saturday through Monday must be confirmed by 12:00 PM on Friday.
To ensure the highest quality and preparation, we are unable to accommodate same-day orders.
Pick-Up Orders
Prefer to pick up your catering? Orders can be picked up directly from Taqueria Chingón at your scheduled time.
Please note: high-volume event days may affect pickup times.
All deliveries originate from Taqueria Chingón — 817 W Fulton Market, Chicago.
Delivery Fees:
Our team ensures your order arrives fresh, on time, and beautifully presented.
Full set-up service is available upon request.
Allergies & Dietary Requests
We're happy to accommodate many dietary restrictions and allergy considerations.
Please inform your sales manager at the time of booking so we can tailor your menu accordingly.
All pricing excludes 10.75% sales tax and a 10% administrative fee.
Your order is confirmed once:
- A signed catering contract has been submitted
- Full payment is received for orders within 14 days of the event
- Or a 50% deposit is received for orders placed more than 14 days in advance
Once confirmed, our team will handle the rest—ensuring your event is executed with precision and signature Taqueria Chingón style.
